Thanksgiving

For Thanksgiving this year, we decided to take a trip to see Dave's grandparents in Tucson, AZ.  

The family was gathering, (at least some of them) so we thought we would join the fun.

And we most definitely had fun.

This is one fun group of people to be around.

Especially when you consider that there were 17 kids age 9 and under.

Wahoo!

These boys were basically aloud to just run wild in the backyard.

They had a great time...and no one required stitches...or shoes apparently.

Brooklyn was in tree climbing heaven where her grandmother taught her to eat jello powder...

ahem.

 What did we do when we weren't throwing grapefruit at one another 

or climbing trees?

What else?

 Apparently, in some parts of the world, you can swim in an outdoor pool in November.

Although Dave always prefers the hot tub.

Just how many people can you fit in one hot tub?

 It was a quick trip, but it was nice to see everyone.

Especially these people.

I count my blessings to have married into such a wonderful family.
